Design Packet of Twelfth Night

I have picked birds as a guideline. Birds are flighty, Flirty, and viewed as dramatic and showy. These are stereotypes that people often associate with birds. I see it in the characters, in their simplicity and wildness. The way all the characters make themselves presentable and dance around the person of their desire is not unlike a bird’s mating ritual. — Madelyn Dixie Worden
